A white powder made from maltodextrin (a sugar) and 4-fold vanilla extract. Can be used to sprinkle on coffee, desserts, waffles, frostings, yogurt, etc. Flavor is buttery vanilla over a smooth sweetness. Tricalcium phosphate added as an anticaking agent.
